How did you come up with a RED headset and the name COBRA??

Simple, I kept saying that one day I would own a Ford Mustang Cobra Convertible. Well, now that my hair is totally white, it was time. I ended up with a RED 1994 COBRA Mustang Indianapolis Pace Car Convertible that is now just turning one thousand miles. She's gorgeous!!

So, that is how the Cobra Headset and the color red came about.


About Us:

Headsets Wholesalers realizes that the sale of any product begins with our customer. We manufacture and sell the Cobra Headset with our customer in mind. We took our headset to six different large call centers and worked with a bunch of IT supervisors advising us in how to perfect our headset. As a result, our noise canceling microphone, speaker, shielded cord, and even temple pad are manufactured to stricter tolerances than the average telephone headset

Our call center customers are looking for pricing and shipping that does not pierce their ever shrinking budget!! In addition, they are looking for a dependable headset in which the client should be able to hear the agent well and without background noise. The agent should be able to freely converse with the client and not constantly complain about a headset that is uncomfortable or on the fritz. Finally, the supervisor should not have to spend valuable time with headset complaints, worrying about how to get the broken headsets boxed and back again to the vendor for yet another repair trip.

Our 'customer first' philosophy is a very good reason why we don't believe in 'repairing' a headset. Believe us, 'repairing' is a whole lot cheaper than 'replacing' a headset. The normal call center headset has wear factors or stress points in five or six different places. When the headset finally fails because of fatigue, the average headset company repairs only the area that is broken. When the headset is sent back, there are still the remaining worn areas. That is why a 'repaired' headset seems to come back even quicker from repair the next time, and the next, and the next. By the third year, the headset appears to be pieced together by spit and chewing gum!
